Turn the Windows Phone app into a universal Windows app (also for Desktop/Tablets)

With the new universal app platform of Windows this should be easy to achieve and would expand the usage scenarios and possible devices which can use the app massively.

    Hi! Thank you very much for your suggestion! We are currently investigating upgrading our Windows Phone 8.1 app to Windows 10. However, this requires a complete re-writing of certain features due to the changes coming with Windows 10. Nevertheless, we are definitely aiming to do the upgrade at some point. Until then, and to use Picturex also on your computer, we will shortly release Picturex for the web. Please stay updated through our blog (or Social Networks) on www.picturexapp.com/blog
